What inspired you to do a boudoir photoshoot and why did you choose Bad Girl Boudoir?
My inspiration came from seeing the other girls photos on Pinterest. It was the first time I really heard of Boudoir and what it's about. These other girls looked confident, sexy, and fun, and I wanted that too! This was also a perfect gift for my boyfriend in the army whom doesn't get to see me everyday and on our anniversary I gave it to him.
What were your feelings leading up to your session?
I knew I wanted to do this and I put a lot of thought into the process and the book and what I wanted to get out of it. I didn't know how much creativity I needed to bring and I was honestly a little nervous because I hadn't done anything like this before. However, when I got there and just talking through it and with her great ideas, she made me feel comfortable and have my nerves ease.
Tell us about your experience with Bad Girl Boudoir.
I had a great experience at my boudoir session. Going into it, I knew what I was getting at the end of the shoot and what I was wearing during the shoot but I didn't realize how comfortable it was going to be and rewarding it would be to do this.
If you gave the book as a gift, what was his reaction?
Our relationship dynamic is different since he is in the army and it is distant--so this gift was perfect! I got to see him for our anniversary and his face was in complete shock! He loved it and while we are apart it's a perfect little reminder of what's waiting for him! :)
What's your advice for future clients looking to have a boudoir photoshoot?
Be your sexy, fun, and confident self! This is a rewarding experience and something I will treasure for years. Everyone is so unique and is always way more beautiful than you think, so show it off!
